Storage and Care Plans

All our Car Storage & Care Plans are aimed to give you, the Client, the best possible service at reasonable cost. We purposefully do not separate out the elements of the Plan, as together they are constructed to give maximum benefit to your car whilst in storage and under our care. However, should you wish to choose a Supplement to your Plan, they are contained on a further sheet.

All Storage Plans include fully comprehensive Insurance up to a vehicle value of £20,000.
Vehicles of greater value can be insured at the following preferential rates:

£5 per month for vehicles valued between £20,000 and £49,999
£10 per month for vehicles valued between £50,000 and £100,000

Description

Details
STANDARD PARKING Designed for short term storage or for extensive restoration projects.
Advice given if required.		 No active work performed.
BASIC CAR STORAGE Wash/leather exterior & power wash underside of car prior to storage. On Reception and on a monthly basis:
Inspect battery, check electrolyte level, replenish and charge as required.
Check coolant & engine oil level - replenish as required.
Check tyres and inflate to 25% above advised pressure.
Identify and report any defects or deterioration to the Client.
Wash/leather prior to removal from Storage Area
DELUXE CAR STORAGE Wash/leather exterior & power wash underside of car as necessary, prior to storage. On Reception and on a monthly basis:
Place on axle stands clear of ground. (By request only).
Inspect battery, check electrolyte level and replenish as required - charge as required.
Check coolant & engine oil level - replenish as required.
Check tyres and inflate to 25% above advised pressure.
Check all fluid levels to include brake, clutch, power steering,
Windscreen washers etc. and inspect for leaks. Replenish as required.
Start engine and run to warm - engage all gears, operate service and parking brake and check for leaks whilst running.
Operate all electrical equipment; lights, heater fan, indicators,
Horn etc. (Radio/CD, air conditioning and sun roof, if applicable).
Operate windscreen washers & wipers.
Operate all locks and central locking.
Identify & report any defects or deterioration to the Client.
Supply & fit dust cover. (Included in Fee).
Wash/leather prior to removal from Storage Area.
CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT STORAGE Storage in Heated & De-humidified Store. (Includes details contained in Deluxe Car Storage).
TOTAL CAR MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Designed for Investment in Veteran, Vintage and Classic cars.
Ensures that such vehicles would only appreciate in value (subject to market forces).
 All active work agreed with the Client prior to storage.
